David A. Parks - P.E.
NMPE #6180. Mr. Parks has 16 years experience working for the NMDOT on locating survey, design and all phases of construction. Mr. Parks also has 15 years experience with the City of Albuquerque all in transportation engineering design development. In recent time, Mr. Parks has been the Utility Coordinator for Wilson & Co. for the S.R. 44 and the U.S. 70 projects.

Mr. Olson has 25 years experience with the City of Albuquerque as a Principal Engineer for the Public Works/Water Utility Department and as Senior Engineer for the Public Works/Utility Design Section.
